Audi has revealed all of the changes to the mostly carryover 2019 model year lineup. That means cars that aren’t heavily revised or all new, not that their lineup is old, since Audi has multiple new-vehicle launches for 2019. It includes pricing and extra kit fitted to the cars. All-new for 2019 cars like the RS5, A6, A7, A8 and Q8 have been or will be revealed separately.
Starting with the smallest Audi, the 2019 A3 adds LED headlights and taillights to Premium Plus and Prestige trims. Park assist is now standard on Prestige models. The S3 gets aluminum sills with new 19-inch alloys. The RS3 adds a new wheel design with performance tires and Audi phone box standard. A new storage pack offers two USB ports for the back seats.
The A4 adds S-line bumpers as standard and a new trapezoidal exhaust tip. Allroad gets navigation on Premium Plus. Both add rear-seat USB ports and Audi Phone Box standard on Premium Plus. The S4 can be had as a Premium trim with sport suspension, S styling elements, and sport seats with power bolsters.
A5 sees a black optics pack with sport suspension, 19-inch alloys, and black trim. The convenience pack now includes side assist and pre sense rear. Park assist is standard on Prestige.
The Q5 adds standard heated front seats and Audi Connect Care. Plus a 7.0-inch infotainment driver display. Premium Plus includes navigation and MMI touch, rear USB ports, and Audi Phone Box. The wheels are changed as well. Like the S4, the SQ5 gets a Premium trim with S exterior styling and upgraded front seats.
For Q7, the optional 20-inch wheels now get all-season run flat tires on 2.0T and 3.0T trims. Nav is standard on Premium trim and virtual cockpit with top view camera plus LED headlights are added to Premium Plus. The Q7’s convenience pack includes side assist and pre sense rear with park assist standard on 3.0T Prestige and optional elsewhere.
The TT and TTS get a standard seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The TT gets an S line competition package that adds S line door sills, flat-bottom wheel, and optional 19-inch anthracite wheels. The TTS competition package adds Audi Sport carbon inlays, Nappa leather sport seats, and 20-inch alloys plus some other gloss black trim. The TTS gets virtual cockpit with sport mode.
Also for 2019, Audi is revising their horsepower figures. The automaker is using an SAE performance test and converting rated power from the kilowatt metric used globally. 2018 models have their ratings unchanged, and actual performance ratings are the same, but some models may have a different expressed number.
